  1. Go to https://chatham-csm.symplicity.com/students/.
  2. Type in your username (Chatham email address) and your Chatham password

Please Note

  • In order to fully use the features in ChathamCareerLink, you will first need to complete your basic profile. The system will force you to do this before moving forward. This does not mean you have to upload a resume right away. We suggest that you schedule an appointment with a Career Consultant to have your resume reviewed before uploading a resume to your profile.

All Users

If you are about to graduate or have just graduated, in order to not interrupt your access to ChathamCareerLink you will need to change your email to a non-Chatham email address.

Finding and Applying for Jobs on ChathamCareerLink by Position Type

  1. Log on to the ChathamCareerLink site by going to https://chatham-csm.symplicity.com/students/.
  2. Enter your username and password, choose Go.
  3. On the left-hand side, select Jobs, Internships, Volunteer Postings & More.
  4. Choose Exclusively for Chatham.
  5. If you are searching for student employment or internships, you can click the corresponding quick tab at the top of the page. Otherwise you may click the Advanced Search button, and choose a Position Type and/or major from the drop-down menu.
  6. Choose search.
  7. All available positions will appear.

Finding and Applying for Jobs On ChathamCareerLink by Keyword Search

  1. Log on to the ChathamCareerLink site by going to https://chatham-csm.symplicity.com/students/.
  2. Enter your username and password, choose Go.
  3. On the left-hand side, select Jobs, Internships, Volunteer Postings & More.
  4. Choose Exclusively for Chatham.
  5. If you are searching for student employment or internships, you can click the corresponding quick tab at the top of the page. Otherwise, you can just type what you are looking for in the Keyword Search box.
  6. Choose search.
  7. All available positions will appear.

Chatham's Office of Career Development offers services to both employment seeking and non-employment seeking alumni. All alumni are eligible to receive career counseling and advice in person or via telephone or email. Alumni also have access to employment opportunities and career development event information through Chatham's ChathamCareerLink website. ChathamCareerLink provides the opportunity to browse hundreds of local and nationwide opportunities from reputable employers. Streamline your search by applying filters based on your preferred Industry, Job Function, and more. Create custom Job Search Agents so you'll be notified each time a new job that meets your interests is posted.

Also, the Office of Career Development is always in search of alumni who are willing to volunteer at career development events to tell the story of their career paths to our students to offer advice. Directions for First-Time Users Entering the System

  1. Go to https://chatham-csm.symplicity.com/students/.
  2. Choose Register
  3. Complete the registration along with creating a password for yourself.
  4. Enter 12345 as your Student ID if you did not previously have a Chatham ID number or cannot remember your Chatham ID number.
  5. Enter a non-Chatham email address in the Email box.
  6. Select Alumni as your Applicant Type. Select Alumnus as your Year in School.
  7. Choose Submit to complete and submit the registration.

Please Note

  • Your account will have to be verified by the office of Career Development before you can access ChathamCareerLink’s internal information.
  • Once your account is approved, you will be alerted by a verification email. You can then activate/access your account through the link found in the email.
  • Posting your resume to your account is NOT required to review the online opportunities, but is required to apply for any position.

Users With a ChathamCareerLink Account (Directions for Registered Users)

  • Go to https://chatham-csm.symplicity.com/students/.
  • Type in your username (Chatham email address) and your password.
  • Choose Go.
  • The next screen allows you to update your registration form, upload your resume, and search for positions
